The 18th European Conference on Earthquake Engineering (18ECEE) was held in Berlin, Germany, bringing together the earthquake engineering community from across Europe and beyond.

The conference welcomed around 1,200 registered participants and 1,145 authors, with particularly strong participation from Italy and a significant number of participants from countries outside Europe. The conference papers will be published by Springer.

During the conference, EAEE was represented with a dedicated stand, providing an opportunity to present the Association and its activities to the international earthquake engineering community.

The next European Conference on Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (ECEES), jointly organised with the European Seismological Commission (ESC), will be held in Strasbourg, France, in 2030.
